Harry W. Stovall, III
Harry is a Principal of Courtyard Commercial Properties and the Broker-in-Charge. He has been a licensed broker since 1972 and is a former building contractor. He is a native of Wilmington and a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill. Harry is a veteran, having served on Active Duty with the U.S. Naval Reserve 1967-1760, leaving active service with the rank of Lieutenant.
He is an experienced commercial and residential developer with commercial ventures including North Kerr Office Park, Oleander Business Center, The Courtyard on Oleander, and Arboretum Center. During his career as a residential developer, he completed the projects of Oak Landing, Grainger’s Point, Greenville Manor, Cedar Landing, Stonebridge, Halcyon Forest, Woodridge at Old Towne, Whitehall, Colton Park, East Bank Landing, The Highlands, and The Honours at Brandywine Bay. Harry earned Realtor Emeritus Status in 2012 for his 40 years of service to the real estate community.
Harry also served twelve years on the New Hanover County Airport Authority, with a term as chairman.
Amy L. Spicuzza
Amy Lewis Spicuzza is a full time licensed commercial real estate agent serving clients in leasing, sales and business brokerage in Southeastern North Carolina since 2001. Amy has served on the RCASENC Board of Directors for several years; as 2011 President-Elect and President in 2012. She is a graduate of Leadership Wilmington, a candidate for CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and she has volunteered on many local charity organizations and boards over the years that have benefitted the North Carolina Symphony, Wilmington Industrial Development, Wilmington Symphony, March of Dimes, American Red Cross, American Cancer Society, Junior League, and Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors, and the MLS Board of Directors. Amy is a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia and previously owned and operated a National Direct Mail Advertising company throughout the eastern coast of North Carolina working with hundreds of National and local businesses. Amy enjoys discovering and evaluating advantageous investment and development situations for her clients with regards to office, retail and shopping centers, industrial flex/warehouse and multifamily.
Kim P. Camlin
Kim Camlin is the Marketing Manager/Office Manager and Assistant Property Manager for Courtyard Commercial Properties. She provides invaluable support for our brokers by working with them to create effective marketing strategies and producing relevant marketing materials. Kim is committed to providing exceptional service to every client. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a BA in Studio Art.
